A manifesto to be posted on a wall in Stockholm:
In the space where the advocates of other causes seek to publicise the object of their preference, the communist isolates himself further by presenting his relation to communism as difficult and painful. For the communist, the very idea of making arguments for communism is too close for comfort to the most abject forms of consciousness: belief, patriotism, positivism.
